Collection: Pearl

Pearl is a unique and organic gemstone produced within the soft tissue of mollusks, such as oysters and mussels. Unlike most gemstones that form through geological processes, pearls are created when an irritant, like a grain of sand, enters the mollusk, and the creature secretes layers of nacre (mother-of-pearl) to coat it. Pearls are prized for their lustrous, smooth appearance and come in a range of colors, including white, cream, black, and pink. They are often associated with purity, elegance, and femininity and are commonly used in jewellery, particularly in necklaces and earrings.
